Maid Pop LLC is changing the game in the cleaning industry, and we’re looking for someone ready to grow with us — someone who’s not afraid to get their hands dirty and step into leadership.

We're hiring an Office Manager / Cleaner hybrid — a key team member who will start out in the field and eventually transition into the office to help lead, schedule, and support future staff as we grow.

• Clean residential and/or commercial properties on an assigned route
• Represent our brand professionally and respectfully
• Use company vehicle to travel between job sites
• Provide feedback and ideas on improving systems and services

• Train and manage cleaning staff
• Schedule jobs and assign routes
• Help streamline operations and improve efficiency
• Be a respected leader and face of the company

• Valid Driver’s License (company vehicle provided)
• Cleaning experience (residential and/or commercial)
• Leadership or team management experience
• Comfortable working independently and taking initiative
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Willingness to grow into an office-based leadership role

• $18–$28/hour starting pay, based on experience
• 30–40 hours/week, with consistent daytime hours
• Company vehicle provided for all work-related travel
• 2 Weeks Paid Time Off after 1 year
